CRT Managers' Course

This course is specifically written for managers and supervisors and is aimed at preventing and dealing with violence in the workplace.
Managers and supervisors are often called to deal with difficult or abusive customers and staff disputes.
This course teaches how to present the professional face, when to step in and how to do it safely, how to make some leave a room or building without touching them, resolve staff disputes, how to deal with difficult customers using empathy not sympathy and much much more.
Students get a bound booklet that covers all the key points of CRT and a signed certificate to present to employers saying they are CRT trained.
